01 General Provisions & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 555ss platform and its services. Creating an account or using any service on this platform means you are agreeing to all the terms below.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the 555ss website, app, and all related digital services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to each personal gaming account created through registration.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds held in an account.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

03 Account Management & Security

3.1 Personal Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account username and password confidential. 555ss will never ask for your password via email or chat. Sharing account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Transfer

Transferring, selling, or allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited. Each account is for the personal use of the registered individual only.

3.3 Suspicious Activity

If you believe that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, contact [email protected] immediately or reach out via live chat. 555ss reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account in the event of any suspicious activity.

04 Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The accepted methods for depositing funds on the 555ss platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits through any method other than these four mobile banking options are not currently available. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Deposited funds are generally reflected in the account promptly.
• Funds deposited into the account must come from a legitimate and personal source.
• Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The same methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) apply for withdrawals as well.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.
• The payment method used for deposit and the method used for withdrawal do not have to be the same, but they must match the registered account details.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on this platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No other currency is accepted.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

555ss offers new members a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Specific wagering requirements must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (on the bonus amount). Note that the wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on your deposited funds.

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total ৳2,000 — Wagering: ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing the bonus.
• Deposit ৳32,000 → Maximum bonus ৳15,000 → Total ৳47,000.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each member may receive the welcome bonus one time only.
• 555ss reserves the right to change bonus terms at any time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• If a member attempts to abuse bonus rules, the bonus may be cancelled.
• 555ss reserves the right to suspend an account if bonus abuse is detected.

5.4 Other Promotional Offers

From time to time, 555ss may offer various promotional offers. Each offer will have its own terms, which will be published at the time the offer is announced.

06 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games available on the 555ss platform operate under fair play principles. Results are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely random and free from any bias.

6.2 Game Providers

The platform features games from leading providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, JILI, and PG Soft. The rules for each game are stated within the game itself.

6.3 Technical Errors

If the outcome of any game is affected by a technical error, 555ss reserves the right to void the bets for that round and refund the relevant funds. Winnings resulting from technical errors may be cancelled.

6.4 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, the specific rules of each market apply. In the event of a dispute over a match result or any occurrence, the decision of 555ss shall be considered final.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Any form of fraudulent activity, collusive betting, or match fixing.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Using the platform for the purpose of illegal money laundering.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.
• Creating an account using false or misleading information.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by 555ss

555ss reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of terms and conditions.
• In the event of false information being provided.
• In the event of failure to complete KYC verification.
• If there is suspicion of illegal activity.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Closure by the Member

09 Limitation of Liability

The 555ss platform provides its services on an "as-is" basis. 555ss bears no liability for the following:
